Common questions

The app says the lab is closed. The verdict needs an internet connection. Check your connection and submit the sketch again.

How do I start over? Open Settings → Reset all progress.

What does Case Files Plus include? The missing medal and The bakery break-in, with their hints and endings, while your subscription is active. The 20 drawing games and three original Case Files stay free.

How do I restore a purchase? Use the same App Store account, then open Settings → Restore purchases.

How do I cancel? Open Settings → Manage subscription when access is active, or use your App Store account's subscription settings. Deleting the app or resetting progress does not cancel a subscription.

Is my drawing saved by you? No. We only use it to give the verdict. See the privacy policy.
